Daniels CM Corporation (DCM) and Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) are working together to redevelop Regent Park, Canada’s largest social housing community, into a vibrant, mixed-use community of rental and market housing, commercial and community uses.
As Construction Manager for this project, DCM invites Consultants and Trades from the full spectrum of the Design and Construction Industry to submit general pre-qualification information at least once every two years for the consideration of the Regent Park Project Management Team in the creation of Design and Construction Teams for upcoming TCHC projects. The intent is to pre-qualify Consultants and Trades within the required area of expertise. All pre-qualified Trade Contractors will be notified at the conclusion of the evaluation process.
Only trade contractors that have completed projects of a similar size and complexity will be considered. Trade Contractors with relevant experience with revitalization projects within the City of Toronto will be favourably considered.

This is a prequalification and bid call.
Please note that the prequalification submissions will be evaluated first. A limited number of applicants will be prequalified and only bid submissions from prequalified contractors will be opened. Any bid submissions from contractors who are not prequalified will be returned unopened to the contractors.
Contractors must submit their prequalification forms and bid forms in separate sealed envelopes to 130 Queens Quay East Unit 800 – West Tower, Toronto, ON M5A 0P6
