We also keep our customers well informed about what’s going on with their home as it is being constructed.
To give you an idea of just how above and beyond we go, our construction team will complete what we call a “mock up home.” This gives our quality assurance team the ability to review every single detail of the home, from the way in which the doors swing to ensuring the overall layout of the home is functional. Yes, we are finicky, which we know benefits our homeowners. Another example is the mattress test. At the drywall stage, we carry a mattress up the stairs and around corners to make sure that our homeowners will not end up in a muddle. These are part of our Quality Assurance program, which ensures that the designs you look at on paper actually work in reality.
After you buy a new Daniels home, a Daniels Representative will meet with you to assist with working through details. Additionally, before moving in, a representative will take you on an inspection, as well as describe how to use both the electrical and the mechanical devices and components of your home. Our team will answer any questions, comments, or concerns you may have.
