The University of Toronto and Daniels are working together to develop and construct a new student residence at the northwest corner of Spadina and Sussex Avenues in Toronto. The south and east facades of the existing heritage building at the southeast corner of the site will be retained in situ. Daniels HR Corporation will be acting as the Development and Construction Manager for the project and will be retaining consultants and contractors on behalf of the Owners.
PROJECT DETAILS
This project includes demolition of existing structures on the site and construction of a new 250,000 sq ft 23 storey student residence. As Construction Manager for this project, Daniels HR Corporation invites Trade Contractors from the full spectrum of the Construction Industry to submit general pre-qualification information for the consideration of the Sussex and Spadina Project Management Team in the creation of Construction Teams for the project. The intent is to pre-qualify Trades within the required area of expertise. All pre-qualified Trade Contractors will be notified at the conclusion of the evaluation process.

This is a full submission pre-qualification for ALL Trades, whether you have been previously pre-qualified or if your company is submitting for the first time. A limited number of subcontractors will be invited to bid on the project.

Subcontractors are required to submit their information on the Pre-Qualification Form for their specific discipline downloaded from the link below.
Completed pre-qualification forms with all the required documents must be emailed to sussexspadinaprequal@danielscorp.com by Thursday, February 2, 2023 at 4pm.
