Simona Annibale is the Vice President of Marketing + Communications at The Daniels Corporation, bringing over 26 years of experience shaping, protecting, and elevating the organization’s brand and reputation. Leveraging her expertise in storytelling, media relations, and strategic communications, she ensures that Daniels’ brand voice is clear, consistent, and trusted.
Simona also provides leadership and oversight for the marketing of all Daniels’ new home communities, bringing to life brands of notable developments such as the globally recognized Regent Park revitalization, Festival Tower atop TIFF Lightbox, Mississauga’s City Centre, Daniels Waterfront – City of the Arts, FirstHome™ communities, as well as Daniels’ Gateway rental communities. Simona led the brand development and launch of Daniels’ Accessibility Designed Program and the company’s innovative down payment assistance programs, including FirstHome™ Boost and Triple 5, which have helped hundreds of first-time buyers achieve homeownership.
Beyond community marketing, Simona has developed and implemented complex communications strategies working with a wide range of stakeholders, including experience in issues management. She also spearheaded the marketing of The Journey, a musical production that raised more than $5.5 million for Daniels Spectrum in Regent Park and supported the creation and launch of Mitchell Cohen’s award-winning book Rhythms of Change, gaining valuable experience in publishing.
