Nicole Ferrari

Nicole Ferrari is the Vice President of Commercial Asset Management at The Daniels Corporation, where she leads the Daniels Commercial Leasing division and oversees a diverse portfolio of retail, office, and mixed-use properties across the Greater Toronto Area. With nearly 20 years at Daniels, Nicole has been instrumental in shaping the company’s commercial real estate strategy, ensuring that its spaces contribute to vibrant, sustainable communities.

Nicole began her career at Daniels in residential sales and marketing, where she gained a strong foundation in the company’s people-first approach and community-building philosophy. This early experience provided a deep understanding of how great places to live are complemented by thoughtful places to work, shop, and connect. She later played a key role in establishing Daniels’ commercial leasing division, taking on progressively senior roles in leasing, asset management, and stakeholder relations.

Today, Nicole focuses primarily on partnering with the owners of Daniels’ commercial assets, providing a full-service approach that spans leasing strategy, portfolio performance, and long-term value creation. She is recognized for her expertise in structuring and managing reciprocal operating agreements, and in curating tenant mixes that enhance both the community experience and the property’s success. By fostering strong relationships with owners, investors, and operators, Nicole ensures Daniels’ commercial spaces deliver exceptional outcomes for all stakeholders.

Nicole is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centres (ICSC) and attended the University of Toronto.
