As Chief Operating Officer at The Daniels Corporation, Ginette Battikha brings a strong track record of operational excellence, strategic execution, and transformative leadership. Since joining Daniels in 2017, she has been a driving force behind organizational effectiveness, first as Director and then Vice President of People & Culture. Over the past eight years, Ginette has led company-wide change initiatives, facilitated strategic planning and execution, and championed continuous business improvement.
A true change agent, Ginette is known for her ability to lead through complexity and transition. She has played a critical role in aligning people, systems, and processes to meet evolving business needs, while fostering a culture of collaboration and resilience. Her leadership has helped bridge departments and functions, enabling more integrated and efficient operations throughout the organization.
Over the last five years, Ginette has led numerous strategy sessions, guiding teams in developing and executing business plans that have advanced Daniels’ long-term goals. Her adaptable, solutions-focused approach has positioned her as a trusted leader through periods of transformation.
Ginette holds an Honours degree in Environmental Studies from York University and a Human Resources degree from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson). Ginette is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and is PROSCI-certified in change management. She previously served as Co-Chair of the Building Industry and Land Development (BILD) People & Culture Committee, where she supported industry-wide efforts to foster inclusive and high-performing workplace cultures.
