Dominic Tompa

As President and Broker of Record for The Daniels Realty Corporation, Dominic Tompa leads the in-house brokerage exclusively responsible for selling all Daniels communities. With a career spanning four decades, he has been instrumental in making homeownership more accessible while upholding the highest standards of sales and customer service.

Dominic became a licensed realtor in 1984, specializing in condominium sales and management in the 1990s. His relationship with Daniels began in 2001 through Danridge Property Management, a company Daniels co-owned. Inspired by Daniels’ reputation for quality and integrity, he founded Daniels Realty (formerly City Life Realty) in 2004. He led the successful sales of The Chelsea at NY Towers, the first GTA building entirely sold through a Rent-to-Own program, an initiative helping renters become homeowners.

Beyond sales, Dominic has championed affordability-focused programs like Rent-to-Own and down payment assistance at communities including Wave, Regent Park, and FirstHome Markham Sheppard. Under his leadership, Daniels Realty has exclusively represented all Daniels communities since 2013, including landmark projects such as Regent Park and Daniels Waterfront City of the Arts, where Daniels successfully introduced office condominiums to the market.
