As Vice President of Customer Care at The Daniels Corporation, Rose Zonni leads a dedicated team committed to delivering an exceptional homeowner experience. From pre-move-in education to post-warranty service, she ensures Daniels’ homeowners feel informed, supported, and confident in their new homes. Rose works closely with the construction team to uphold rigorous suite delivery standards and create a seamless key release process, prioritizing proactive communication, quality control, and customer engagement at every stage.
With over 25 years at Daniels, Rose has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s customer care strategy. Beginning her career in estimating, contracts, and project management support, she later took on the role of Warranty Manager for Daniels’ first high-rise project, NY Towers—an experience that ignited her passion for homeowner engagement. She has since led transformative initiatives, including the Daniels Standards Checklist, digitalizing key release and warranty processes, and launching homeowner education programs that enhance transparency and trust.
A recognized industry leader, Rose is an active member of Tarion’s Industry Advisory Council (IAC), where she provides insights on policy development, builder accountability, and homeowner protection. Under her leadership, Daniels has been awarded Tarion Warranty Corporation’s Homeowners’ Choice Award multiple times, reflecting the company’s strong reputation for customer care and service excellence. Her efforts have also significantly reduced builder repair timelines, improved trade accountability, and contributed to Daniels’ flawless track record with Tarion and the HCRA.
Rose holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from York University and has completed industry-specific training in customer service excellence and defect recognition.
