Vice President, Design + Architecture
We Put People First We Put People First.

Brock Stevenson is the Vice President of Design + Architecture at The Daniels Corporation. Leading the design visioning process portfolio-wide, he ensures the delivery of every project aligns with financial objectives, social impact commitments, and sustainability goals. Design goes much deeper than aesthetics; good design practices draw on past experience and identify hidden opportunities inherent at each new site to cultivate the best outcomes.  From early schematic development to project delivery, he champions design solutions that are innovative, economically viable, and end-user focused to create communities and assets that will stand the test of time.

Since joining Daniels in 2008 as a Site Clerk, Brock has cultivated deep expertise in construction, design coordination, and project execution. His comprehensive understanding of architecture, spatial planning, and conceptual development ensures that every Daniels community is well-designed, practical, executable, and responsive to the needs of the residents and asset owners alike.

A passionate advocate for inclusive and forward-thinking communities, Brock has been instrumental in transformative projects such as the Regent Park revitalization, 130 QQE Office Condominiums, and arts and social enterprise hubs like Daniels Spectrum and Paintbox Bistro. He contributed to the creation of Daniels’ Accessibility Designed Program (ADP), collaborated on the Friends of Ruby Home, supporting LGBTQ2S+ youth through transitional housing and continues to champion city-building initiatives like StopGap to promote barrier-free access.

Brock holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in Housing & Real Estate Management from the University of Guelph.
