Since joining The Daniels Corporation in 2008, Adam Molson has been a leader in shaping the company’s sustainability strategy and advancing its community-driven developments. Adam oversees Daniels’ sustainability efforts and purpose-built rental portfolio while providing executive leadership on a diverse range of projects across the residential sector.
Adam leads the development and implementation of Daniels’ Decarbonization Roadmap, which sets a strategic course to position the company as one of the Greater Toronto Area’s foremost low-carbon developers. This ambitious initiative targets a 65% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions, with innovative solutions such as geothermal systems, all-electric building systems, rooftop solar and net-zero townhomes redefining how Daniels builds.
In addition to sustainability, Adam plays a central role in Daniels’ purpose-built rental housing initiatives, overseeing the development of high-rise rental communities from concept through completion. He has contributed significantly to landmark projects such as Skyrise, 360 City Centre Drive, Evolv, and Uniti, ensuring they deliver long-term value to residents and stakeholders alike.
A strategic and data-driven leader, Adam leverages insights from operations and lease-up processes to continually refine Daniels’ approach to development. He was also a key contributor to the development of Daniels’ Accessibility Designed Program (ADP), which sets new standards for accessible living.
Adam holds a Master of Science in Planning from the University of Toronto and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
