Steve Langdon is the Senior Vice President of Construction Operations at The Daniels Corporation, bringing over 37 years of experience in the construction industry. He oversees the day-to-day operations of Daniels’ construction sites, managing on-site labour and staff, liaising with trades and consultants, and ensuring projects are executed with efficiency and excellence. He also plays a key role in reviewing upcoming developments, optimizing construction processes, and coordinating with municipal authorities.
Over the years, he has worked on a diverse range of residential and institutional-commercial-industrial (ICI) projects, including developments for Metro Housing Corp, GO Transit, and Cityhome. His career has taken him across North America, managing large-scale projects in Utah, Arizona, and Western New York. After nearly a decade at another major builder/developer, Steve joined Daniels in 2007 as a General Superintendent, where he has been instrumental in strengthening the company’s construction operations.
As a key leader in elevating Daniels’ health and safety culture, Steve played a pivotal role in establishing industry-leading standards across our construction sites. His focus on professionalism and operational excellence has helped set a new benchmark for site safety, organization, and efficiency. His hands-on expertise and deep industry knowledge continue to drive Daniels’ reputation as a leader in construction.
Steve holds a Bachelor of Technology in Survey Engineering from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University) and sits on the RESCON Technical Council.
