Toronto's Entertainment District
At the turn of the new millennium, two great names in the world of film and residential development came together to forge a remarkable partnership that would eventually give Toronto an unprecedented world-first masterpiece. Acclaimed Hollywood filmmaker Ivan Reitman, and his sisters Agi Mandel and Susan Michaels, joined with The Daniels Corporation to build a new home for the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) and an epic condominium residence. The result was Festival Tower Condominiums atop TIFF Bell Lightbox - a landmark that forever changed the world of film and put Toronto squarely on the annual calendar of red carpet glitterati.
Now, just steps from Festival Tower and TIFF Bell Lightbox, The Daniels Corporation has taken centre stage yet again with Cinema Tower. Inspired by a vision to push the envelope even further, this dramatic tower is the next generation of cinema-inspired living at the centre of everything film, art and culture in Toronto.
Located at the centre of Toronto’s Entertainment District, the newest “it” neighbourhood, a place to see and be seen, just steps from the world’s iconic centre for film, TIFF Bell Lightbox, close to TTC Streetcars and Subway and just moments to the Gardiner Expressway and Don Valley Parkway.
In The Neighbourhood
TIFF Bell Lightbox, Roy Thompson Hall, The Princess of Wales Theatre, Second City, The CN Tower, The Rogers Centre, the Art Gallery of Ontario and a wide variety of restaurants including O&B Canteen, Luma and the Montecito.
